Registration Fees

Participants may register for either the full week (Monday to Friday), or for only half a week, with a choice between Monday to Wednesday, and Wednesday to Friday.

• The full week registration includes attendance to all ALGO conferences (for ESA see also the EATCS membership section below), the welcome reception on Monday evening, the banquet on Tuesday evening, and the dinner on Thursday evening.
• The Monday to Wednesday registration includes attendance to ESA (see the EATCS membership section below), ALGOCLOUD, and WABI, the welcome reception on Monday evening, and the banquet on Tuesday evening.
• The Wednesday to Friday registration includes attendance for ATMOS, IPEC, ALGOWIN, and WAOA, and the dinner on Thursday evening.

We require a registration fee per accepted paper. Each fee covers at most one paper.

Reduced registration fees for students are offered. After registering, students will have to send a proof of their student status (e.g. a photo of their student ID or an enrollment certificate) to algo2026@univaq.onmicrosoft.com with the subject “ALGO 2026: Student Registration Certificate”. 

The following fees are valid for payments made until August 23, after which late registration will be possible at an additional cost of 100€.

Travel and accommodation are not included in the fee.

ALGO 2026 takes place immediately after the Perdonanza Celestiniana (a major local religious festival), and just before a Jazz Festival. Since the city is expected to be busier than usual, early booking for hotels is highly recommended. Please also see the Local Information page.

Registration is a two-step process. First, pick one of the three date ranges below and pay the corresponding fee. You will be able to select between Regular and Student as part of the payment process.

ESA and EATCS membership

ESA 2026 is organized in cooperation with EATCS, the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science. If you plan to take part in ESA, you will need to be a member of the EATCS. If you are not yet a member, please see this page for instructions on how to join. You will need to enter your EATCS membership ID during the registration.

If you recently purchased an EATCS membership and you have not yet received your new EATCS member ID, you can leave a note about it in the EATCS ID field of the registration form instead. We will contact you by email if we need additional information.

If you do not plan to take part in ESA, but you are coming to ALGO only for the other conferences (ALGOCLOUD, ALGOWIN, ATMOS, IPEC, WABI, and/or WAOA), you do not need to be an EATCS member.
