On-site registration
You can pick up your badges before and during the conference inside the foyer of Windsor Building. The registration will open on Monday 2nd September 2024 from 08:00. The badges and a Dinner ticket will be required at the conference dinner.
Lunches
Lunch will be served in the Windsor Building Foyer Monday – Friday between 12:30 and 14:00.
Welcome Reception
A drinks reception and a finger buffet will be organized on Monday evening in the foyer of Windsor Building, and, weather permitting, we will also use the outside space in front of the entrance.
Conference Dinner
An arrival drink and BBQ will be served in The South Quad and Crosslands Suite at 18:30 (see map in Local Info). The bar will be open for guests to purchase their own drinks throughout the evening.
