ALGO2025

ALGO 2025 is an in-person conference and authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work on-site.

Registration fees

We require one registration fee (student or regular, full week or half week) per accepted paper.

The full week registration includes attendance on all days of ALGO and the conference dinner on Tuesday. The half week registration allows you to participate from Wednesday to Friday and does not include the conference dinner on Tuesday. No Monday to Wednesday registration is provided.

Students will have to send a proof of their student status (e.g. a photo of their student ID or an enrolment certificate) to algo2025@mimuw.edu.pl. Travel and accommodation is not included in the fee.

The following fees are valid until August 27 after which late registration will be possible until September 03, which costs extra 500 PLN however. Take into account that the dates relate to both filling in the registration form and the payment.

All fees are to be paid by a bank transfer in PLN or by PayU (unfortunately, payment online by card is not open yet and will be available in August. If you choose payment by card during registration, we will contact you later wil a link to the payment system). Use the following transfer details:

ESA and EATCS membership

ESA 2025 is organized in cooperation with EATCS, the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science. If you plan to take part in ESA, you will need to be a member of the EATCS. If you are not yet a member, please see this page for instructions on how to join. You will need to enter your EATCS membership ID during the registration.

If you recently purchased an EATCS membership as part of another conference registration, and you have not yet received your new EATCS member ID, you can leave a note about it in the EATCS ID field of the registration form instead. We will contact you by email if we need additional information.

If you do not plan to take part in ESA, but you are coming to ALGO only for the other conferences (ALGOCLOUD, ALGOWIN, ATMOS, IPEC, and/or WAOA), you do not need to be an EATCS member.
